Effective: 22 September 2026. SAMRUP, also referred to as Samrup Intelligence Systems, is currently a pre-incorporation venture promoted by its founding team. This notice explains how information is handled through this website.
The public website does not currently create user accounts, collect portfolio data, run a newsletter or use advertising trackers. If you use the enquiry form, the information stays in your browser and is used only to prepare an email to founders@samrup.org. The website itself does not store the form entries.
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, organisation and message. We use it to respond to the enquiry, continue a business conversation, maintain appropriate records, protect our rights, or meet legal obligations.
The website is hosted through Cloudflare. Like most internet infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process limited technical data needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser/device information, request logs and security signals. We do not currently run Google Analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics, newsletters, forms that store data, or other tracking technologies later, this notice will be updated before or when those features are introduced.
Information may be handled by the SAMRUP founders and by service providers used to operate communications and infrastructure, such as Microsoft 365 and Cloudflare. It may also be shared with professional advisers or public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required. We do not sell personal information.
Some technology providers may process or route information outside India as part of their global infrastructure. Where applicable, we expect service providers to handle information under their published security and privacy commitments and applicable law.
We keep enquiry and business correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, legitimate business records, security, dispute management or legal requirements.
You may ask us to correct, update or delete personal information that you have sent directly to us, subject to legal and record-retention requirements. Additional rights may apply depending on the law that applies to you. Write to founders@samrup.org.
This website is intended for professional, investor and business audiences. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children.
We aim to handle personal information responsibly and to prepare for the phased implementation of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. Where other privacy laws apply to a particular interaction, we will consider those requirements as well.
We may update this notice as the website, product or legal structure develops. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date.
