References to “SAMRUP”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms refer to the project and its founders acting in that capacity, unless the context states otherwise.
This website provides general information about a proposed contextual-intelligence platform at a pre-seed, pre-MVP stage. Product features, architecture, commercial models, timelines and future plans may change as validation and development progress.
Nothing on this public website is personal investment advice, a research recommendation, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell a security or financial product, or a promise of investment performance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory legal rights or alternative dispute requirements that may apply, courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this website.
